BATHROOM RENOVATION

James created a design for a bathroom renovation for a client. Using newly obtained knowledge of ceiling plans and building codes, these are the hand-drawn construction documents for that project.

THE MARTIN RESIDENCE

The Martin Residence was an extensive condominium renovation based on the Mid-Century Modern design style. James designed and specified everything inside and out of this project. These are the hand-drawn construction documents.
